Join Fuku as a Quality Control (QC) Inspector, where your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our products and services consistently meet the highest quality standards within the industry. You will play a pivotal role in inspecting, testing, and documenting both materials and finished products to identify defects or deviations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily quality assessments of calibration tools utilized by the QC team to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Execute inspections on various stages including incoming raw materials, in-process crate inspections, outbound inspections, and any other inspections as mandated by customer requirements.
- Perform specific customer inspections using our ERP systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the supervisor to ensure the accuracy of reports generated by the QC team during shift transitions.
- Carry out routine inspections, including incoming, in-process, and outgoing checks, based on customer specifications and detailed drawings.
- Utilize digital forms via iPad (Kizeo) for conducting inspections.
- Manage Y7 / Y8 processes under SAP for non-conformance crates.
- Coordinate efforts with internal teams, including OPS packers, administrative staff, and logistics coordinators.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by Supervisors, Executives, or Managers.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a QC Inspector.
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
- Must be a team player.
- Flexibility to work overtime during weekdays and weekends, with a commitment of at least 50% to weekend shifts.
Working Hours:
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
- 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Location:
- Work will be conducted at either 33 Greenwich or 35 Greenwich, with potential rotation based on manpower needs.
- Willingness to commit to overtime during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (minimum 50% on weekends).
- Ability to work in a monthly rotating shift schedule.
Night Shift Allowance:
- $15 per shift
