Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and reliable Quality Technician to enhance our quality control processes within our injection molding operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for inspecting components, maintaining comprehensive records, and collaborating closely with process engineers and toolmakers to ensure compliance with Atomic’s high standards.

This position is crucial as we expand our high-volume production capabilities while implementing ISO-compliant quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of molded parts, including first piece, in-process, and final inspections.

  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

  • Assist in part qualification processes, including FAI, PPAP, capability studies.

  • Accurately record and manage inspection data, along with non-conformance reports.

  • Aid in containment efforts, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.

  • Calibrate and maintain inspection tools in accordance with Atomic's calibration protocols.

  • Collaborate effectively with operators and engineering teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
