Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Quantitative Analyst & Trading Operations Support professional who will collaborate closely with our Quants and Traders, matching their level of seniority and trust, but with a distinct focus on operational excellence.
Your primary responsibility will involve the meticulous oversight of production and trading operations, ensuring they run smoothly, predictably, and transparently. This enables Traders to concentrate on critical decision-making while allowing Quants to refine and enhance their strategies.
You will immerse yourself within the Quants and Traders' environment, grasping the nuances of their strategies, monitoring their execution in real-time, and taking charge of all aspects surrounding trading activities, including performance tracking, dashboard management, data visibility, exchange coordination, and operational follow-through.
This role is designed for someone who is intelligent, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and results. While creativity in generating alpha isn't requisite, a deep concern for precision, trustworthiness, and successful outcomes is essential.
