Job Summary: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs, facilitating both individual and small group instruction to ensure access to the general education curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with teachers to provide one-on-one support to students

● Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

▪ Assisting with toileting and hygiene

▪ Attending to medical needs

▪ Implementing behavior intervention plans

▪ Providing instruction in specialized settings

▪ Assisting in lifting or transferring students

● Implement behavior intervention and crisis management plans

● Collecting behavior data and monitoring student progress

● Support the instruction and supervision of students with learning differences

● Facilitate tutorial activities and ensure a positive learning environment.

This position involves defining and refining repeatable processes, collaborating with our Product and cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for both external and internal users.Implementation Specialists act as the primary liaison during the onboarding phase, guiding clients from the sales closure through to full utilization of ECP's software. Your responsibilities will include project management, troubleshooting, identifying churn risks, and providing proactive solutions.
