Success Metrics
Your effectiveness will be gauged by the partnerships you secure with real estate owners for installing Meter in their vacant spaces, as well as your ability to expand our model within your area. Key indicators of success in your first six months will include:
Ensuring that every prominent broker, owner, developer, and property manager in your region comprehends the advantages Meter can provide for them and their tenants.
Securing partnerships to install Meter in a significant portion of your market's vacancies.
Selecting buildings strategically to ensure Meter attracts a majority of new tenants.
Ultimately, your efforts will lead to significant market penetration, engaging new real estate owners, expanding within existing portfolios, and driving Meter's reach across hundreds of millions of square feet.
Daily Responsibilities
As the inaugural Real Estate Partnerships hire in your area, you will have the unique opportunity to establish Meter's presence from the ground up. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire process from initial outreach to deal closure and operational execution.
Cultivating relationships with brokers, property managers, and other stakeholders in the real estate community to raise awareness in your region.
Identifying and qualifying real estate owners with vacancies suitable for Meter installations.
Conducting and leading discovery calls with these owners, highlighting Meter's real estate model and value proposition.
Collaborating with our Legal team to negotiate pricing structures and contractual terms to finalize agreements.
Expanding relationships and installations across the region.
