Role Overview

As a Receptionist B, you will provide reception services in line with the Group’s standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace while assisting hotel guests in collaboration with your direct supervisor.

Responsibilities:

· Manage guest arrivals and departures, recording and filing relevant information.

· Assist guests with requests, needs, or issues they may have.

· Operate the phone center.

· Manage electronic correspondence.

· Update and communicate with the Floor Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor regarding any issues in guest rooms.

· Follow the instructions of the shift supervisors.

· Advise and guide guests on information they require regarding the island, the hotel, and the services offered.
