Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support roles. Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational capabilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor. Familiarity with ATS software and recruitment methodologies. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices is advantageous. Must have access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.

In the position of Recruitment Coordinator, you will oversee the logistics and administrative aspects of the recruitment cycle. Your responsibilities will range from scheduling interviews to engaging with candidates and internal teams, playing an essential role in building relationships and keeping processes organized. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers across different time zones.
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment journey.
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) while ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment materials and reports for internal discussions.
  • Provide overall administrative support to the recruitment team, including calendar management and agenda creation.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and timelines.
  • Address and respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to improving recruitment efficiency.
