Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers across different time zones.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment journey.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) while ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in preparing recruitment materials and reports for internal discussions.
- Provide overall administrative support to the recruitment team, including calendar management and agenda creation.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and timelines.
- Address and respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to improving recruitment efficiency.
