Role Overview: Recruitment Manager
The Recruitment Manager will lead our recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers in both Poland and the United States. This role covers the full recruitment cycle: partnering with stakeholders, sourcing candidates, writing job ads, interviewing, and delivering feedback. Ensuring a positive candidate experience is central to this position.
Leadership Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience managing others, whether that's a single direct report or a larger team. The current recruitment team includes two members, and we want a leader who can guide their growth, strengthen our processes, and help us keep improving. While the focus is on leadership and strategy, occasional hands-on recruiting is encouraged.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 years of IT recruitment experience, ideally with international exposure
- At least 2 years in a leadership role within recruitment
- Strong English language skills
- Experience collaborating with diverse, global teams
Location
This position is based in Warsaw or can be performed remotely.
