Key Details

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience
- Employment Type: Full-time
What You Will Do
- Oversee the recruitment cycle from intake to final placement
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and assist with hiring steps
- Manage background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings
- Keep accurate employee records and onboarding documentation
- Use recruiting tools and databases to build talent pipelines
- Match qualified candidates to open client positions
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide responsive service
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction for both candidates and clients
- Support onboarding, orientation, and compliance activities
- Track recruiting activities and maintain detailed reports
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting or staffing roles
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and job orders simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in high-volume recruiting
- Knowledge of HR compliance such as I-9, E-Verify, and onboarding
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting databases
