Role overview
The Referral Partnerships Manager focuses on driving patient lead generation by building relationships throughout the Charlotte community. The main goal is to expand patient referrals by developing and maintaining partnerships with healthcare providers, including primary care physicians, pediatricians, and others who refer patients for ABA therapy or autism diagnostics.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities: Research and find new provider partner leads in the community.
- Connect and activate: Reach out to potential partners and convert them into referral sources for Alpaca Health.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships: Visit, email, and engage with current partners to support ongoing collaboration and ensure a steady flow of client referrals.
