This is a full-time, field-based position in Colorado Springs, CO. Candidates must be based in the primary service area and available for in-person work five days per week.
Role Overview: Referral Partnerships Manager
The Referral Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving patient leads through local outreach and strategic partnerships. The main goal is to increase patient referrals by building and maintaining strong connections with healthcare provider partners.
Partners include primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals who refer patients for ABA therapy or autism diagnosis.
What You Will Do
As the face of Alpaca Health in the community, the Referral Partnerships Manager develops and expands referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations. This work ensures a steady flow of well-matched client referrals for partner providers.
This position suits someone who excels at building trust, values relationships in healthcare, and enjoys engaging with the community throughout the week. The role requires full ownership of the relationship-building process with provider partners. While creative engagement is encouraged, core responsibilities include:
- Spotting Opportunities: Proactively identify new provider partner leads through research and outreach.
- Connecting & Converting: Engage with leads and convert them into referral partners.
- Fostering & Strengthening Relationships: Nurture existing partnerships through regular visits, emails, and thoughtful follow-ups.
