This full-time, field-based Referral Partnerships Manager role is based in Greensboro, NC. Candidates must live in the area and be available for in-person work five days a week.
Role overview
The Referral Partnerships Manager works to generate patient leads by building and maintaining relationships within the local community. The primary objective is to increase patient referrals to Alpaca Health by connecting with healthcare providers such as primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other professionals who refer patients for ABA therapy or autism evaluations.
What you will do
This position represents Alpaca Health in the field, focusing on growing referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations. The goal is to ensure a steady flow of appropriate client referrals for partner providers.
Success in this role depends on strong relationship-building skills, an understanding of the importance of trust in healthcare referrals, and a willingness to be active in the community throughout the week.
- Spotting opportunities: Proactively research and identify new provider partner leads.
- Connecting and converting: Engage with leads and bring them on as referral partners.
- Fostering and strengthening relationships: Maintain and deepen existing partnerships through regular in-person meetings, emails, and thoughtful follow-ups.
