Role overview
The Referral Partnerships Manager focuses on generating patient leads through community outreach and strategic partnerships. The primary objective is to grow patient referrals by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, including primary care physicians, pediatricians, and others who refer patients for ABA therapy or autism evaluations.
What you will do
- Represent Alpaca Health in the field by developing and expanding referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified client referrals for partner providers.
- Take ownership of building connections with provider partners, using creative engagement approaches.
- Proactively research and prospect new provider partner leads.
- Reach out to prospective leads and bring them on board as referral partners.
- Nurture existing partnerships through in-person visits, emails, and other meaningful interactions.
