Role overview
The Referral Partnerships Manager generates patient leads by building local partnerships and engaging in community outreach. The role centers on creating and sustaining strong connections with healthcare providers, including primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other professionals, who refer patients to Alpaca Health for ABA therapy or autism diagnosis.
What you will do
Serving as Alpaca Health’s representative in the field, the Referral Partnerships Manager develops and expands referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations. The primary objective is to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified client referrals for partner providers.
This position is well suited to individuals who thrive on relationship-building, value trust in healthcare referrals, and enjoy being active in the community. Creativity in outreach is encouraged, but core responsibilities include:
- Spotting opportunities: Identify new provider partner leads through research and proactive outreach.
- Connecting and converting: Engage with leads and activate them as referral partners.
- Fostering and strengthening relationships: Maintain and grow existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and other meaningful interactions.
