This is a full-time, field-based position located in Raleigh-Durham, NC. The role requires spending five days a week meeting with partners and building relationships within the community.
Role overview
The Referral Partnerships Manager focuses on generating patient leads through local outreach and partnership development. The primary objective is to increase patient referrals by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers such as primary care physicians, pediatricians, and others involved in ABA therapy or autism diagnosis referrals.
What you will do
- Develop referral relationships: Build, nurture, and expand connections with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations to ensure a steady flow of client referrals.
- Identify new partners: Proactively research and reach out to potential provider partners who could refer patients to Alpaca Health.
- Engage and activate leads: Connect with new leads and convert them into active referral partners.
- Maintain partnerships: Foster existing relationships through regular in-person visits, email, and other meaningful contact.
