This full-time position is based in Raleigh-Durham, NC. The Referral Partnerships Manager works in the field five days a week and must be located within the company’s core operational territory.

Role overview

The Referral Partnerships Manager builds and maintains relationships with local healthcare professionals to generate patient leads. The focus is on increasing referrals for ABA therapy and autism diagnosis by connecting with primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other key referral sources.

What you will do

Represent Alpaca Health in the community and serve as the main point of contact for referral partners. The role involves developing and expanding connections with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations to ensure a steady flow of well-matched client referrals.

  • Spotting opportunities: Research and identify new provider partner leads.
  • Connecting and converting: Engage with leads and turn them into active referral partners.
  • Fostering and strengthening relationships: Maintain and grow existing partnerships through in-person visits, email outreach, and regular follow-ups.

  • Available to spend five days a week in the field
