Key Responsibilities:Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to fulfill the varied requirements of clients in your territory. Maintain and develop relationships with current clients while seeking new business opportunities. Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and product offerings. Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs and guarantee the successful provision of solutions. Work closely with the marketing team to synchronize promotional strategies with sales objectives. Monitor sales performance and produce detailed reports for senior management. Represent Ironwear at industry trade shows and networking functions to boost brand recognition. Requirements:1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the PPE or safety equipment domain. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in sales data analysis. Strong organizational capabilities with the aptitude to juggle multiple accounts and priorities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is desirable.
