About the Team
The Channel Sales team is pivotal in driving our enterprise business growth through strategic partnerships with systems integrators, resellers, and technology alliances. We collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to stimulate partner-driven demand, enhance enterprise adoption, and broaden Postman’s presence in large organizations.
The Opportunity
As a Regional Channel Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in boosting Postman Enterprise adoption by crafting and implementing partner-led sales strategies. This role is tailor-made for a sales professional who excels in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of a defined territory by recruiting, onboarding, and activating strategic partners (SIs, resellers, and tech partners) to elevate Postman Enterprise sales revenue.
- Develop and expand a partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline by empowering partners to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities within accounts with significant Postman user bases.
- Facilitate partner-led opportunities throughout the entire lifecycle, from collaborative prospecting and deal qualification to closing, in close alignment with direct sales teams.
- Create and execute joint territory and account plans with partners to foster consistent and repeatable enterprise adoption.
- Equip partners through comprehensive onboarding, training, and continuous coaching to ensure they effectively source opportunities, position, sell, and deliver Postman Enterprise solutions.
- Achieve early partner successes while strategically building towards larger, multi-team enterprise deployments and long-term engagements.
