The Regional Operations Manager will support Flix’s expansion across the East Coast from a base in New York. This position connects internal teams with the network of operator partners who deliver services in the field. What you will do

Oversee operator partner performance across the East Coast, building strong and collaborative relationships.
Act as the main contact between operators and internal Flix teams, offering direct support on operational and product matters.
Independently prepare analyses and presentations using quality performance data, sharing insights with Business Development and Network Planning.
Lead operations management projects and coordinate cross-functional work with teams in Business Development, Operations, and Network Planning.
Monitor operator compliance with Flix’s processes and standards, guiding partners to meet local safety and ADA requirements.
Promote use of FlixUni content among operators and oversee compliance with ADA driver training.
