The Role

Nebius is on the lookout for a dynamic Regional Sales Director to spearhead and expand our operations across the UK and Ireland. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be fully accountable for regional revenue performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

You will guide a team of quota-carrying Account Executives and take ownership of the regional business, ensuring disciplined execution while shaping the go-to-market strategy in one of our most critical growth markets.

This hands-on leadership position is ideal for a sales leader who excels in technically sophisticated, high-growth environments. You will balance frontline deal leadership with strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and talent development, all while enhancing Nebius’ presence and brand in the region.

You are invited to adopt a hybrid work model from our London Office.
