Reporting to the Global Director of Digital Strategy, the Regional SEO Team Lead bridges global vision with local execution. What You Will Do

Regional SEO Leadership

Oversee all aspects of SEO delivery, including Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and AIO/GEO, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and quality standards.
Work with global and regional teams to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support efficiency and consistency.
Plan and prioritize projects, managing regional SEO resources effectively.

Financial and Commercial Accountability

Ensure projects are delivered within established metrics and budgets.
Monitor team time tracking for accurate project markup and use insights for ongoing improvement.
Identify opportunities for account growth and support pre-sales activities, including scoping, quoting, and proposal development.
Optimize resource use and manage vendor relationships to meet service level agreements.

Operational Management and Team Development

Mentor and develop SEO specialists, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Set clear training agendas and SMART objectives for team development.
Facilitate alignment among Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content, UX/CRO, and Paid Media teams to deliver integrated strategies.
Help refine regional outsourcing processes and quality control measures.

Client Engagement and Collaboration
