Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans effectively.
- Collect and analyze session data.
- Encourage skill development and positive behavioral practices.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to share and discuss progress.
- Ideal candidates are those who love working with children and may have backgrounds in childcare, education, or similar fields.
