Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Genuine enthusiasm for helping children with autism. Exhibit patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. Possess a high school diploma or GED. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the past year). Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Physical ability to perform various movements (sitting, bending, squatting, etc.). Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.

Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and help transform the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children one-on-one, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based practices to teach essential skills in communication, social interactions, and daily living, while minimizing challenging behaviors.
