Qualifications

Must be passionate about supporting children with autism. Exhibit patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate with a team. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED is required. Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not completed within the last year). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check is necessary. Physical capability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.). Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Completion of Registered Behavior Technician Certification is required after onboarding.

No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success. However, the role does require physical stamina, as it involves standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
