To qualify for this role, you should possess the following attributes and skills:A passion for supporting children with autismPatience, compassion, and ability to collaborate effectively in a teamMust be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED requiredWillingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year)Ability to pass a pre-employment background checkPhysical capability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)Ability to lift and carry up to 50 poundsPreferred qualifications (not mandatory):Experience in roles such as Behavioral Technician, working with children with autism or learning disabilities, Teacher’s Aid, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide

Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.
