Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a significant impact in the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding role, you will work directly with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention strategies under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based methodologies to foster communication, social skills, and daily living skills while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel equipped to support each child, regardless of prior experience. Please note that working with children can be physically demanding; you should be prepared for activities that involve standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
