About the job

Are you passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of children with autism? Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this rewarding role, you'll work one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your mission will be to employ evidence-based strategies to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills, while also addressing and reducing challenging behaviors. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about fostering growth and development in children, and who possess the patience and compassion necessary to thrive in a team-centric environment.
