Qualifications

Strong passion for working with children with autism. Ability to demonstrate patience, compassion, and teamwork. Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the past year). Must pass a pre-employment background check. Candidates must complete Registered Behavior Technician Certification during onboarding. Physical capability to assume various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) as needed. Ability to lift and carry objects or children weighing up to 50 pounds.
