Genuine passion for supporting children with autism Strong patience, compassion, and teamwork abilities Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as a tuberculosis test (if needed) Pass a pre-employment background check Ability to perform various physical tasks (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) Capability of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification post-onboarding

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster communication, social skills, and daily living skills while helping to reduce challenging behaviors. We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to empowering children with autism to reach their fullest potential.

Ideal candidates will possess patience, compassion, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to assist each child effectively, even if you lack prior experience. As working with children can be physically demanding, you should be comfortable with activities such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
