We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) / Nursing Supervisor to join our team in Ukiah, CA. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Medical Director and collaborate closely with the Clinic Director and VP of Nursing to enhance nursing operations and patient care.

Position Overview

As a cornerstone of our outpatient care delivery, the RN Nursing Supervisor will provide clinical leadership while also engaging in direct patient care. This role is essential in maintaining safe, efficient, and standardized nursing practices, promoting a patient-centered and collaborative care model. You will utilize independent clinical judgment while working alongside providers, patients, and allied health staff to ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership and Supervision:
- Oversee and coordinate direct care activities of RNs, LVNs, and CMAs.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director, VP of Nursing, and Medical Director to support daily nursing operations.
- Ensure application of standardized, evidence-based nursing workflows.
- Act as a clinical resource for nursing and allied health personnel.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams and seek consultation as necessary.

Education and Competency:
- Manage competency-based training for nursing and allied health staff.
- Ensure ongoing clinical competency of RNs, LVNs, and CMAs.
- Assess educational needs and facilitate professional development.
- Foster professional conduct aligned with clinic values.

Quality and Practice Support:
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and standards of care.
- Assist in data collection and quality improvement evaluations.
- Collaborate with leadership on quality, safety, and performance initiatives.

Direct Patient Care:
- Deliver direct nursing care within the outpatient clinic.
- Conduct telephone triage, patient education, and care coordination.
- Evaluate patients’ needs and implement care plans.
