As a Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role within our support team, delivering high-quality technical assistance to our clients. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of desktop support along with a proactive stance on resolving technical challenges. You will oversee escalated issues from our first-level technicians, ensuring swift resolution for more complex problems. Expertise in Windows and MacOS, complemented by experience with cloud services such as Office 365, is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated support tickets, addressing a range of issues from break/fix scenarios to application configurations and user setups. In addition to providing exceptional end-user support, you will contribute to enhancing our core infrastructure via server administration, networking, and security measures.
  • Setup new Hyper-V hosts, troubleshoot and deploy SonicWall firewalls, and manage Datto networking switches and access points. You will engage with a variety of modern, innovative technologies regularly implemented by our team.
  • Utilize our ticketing system to document, track, and escalate issues as necessary, while ensuring clear and accurate documentation within our internal platform to keep information up-to-date throughout the support process.
  • Become an integral part of our close-knit team where collaboration is essential, working alongside skilled technical professionals to deliver outstanding remote support and services to our clients.

This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from any location. Working hours will be determined during the hiring process to align with both business needs and your availability.
