Join Wishpond Technologies as a Remote Outbound Business Development Representative!
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Outbound Business Development Representative with a strong background in SaaS sales to become an integral part of our dynamic outbound sales development team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. You will collaborate with a talented remote team dedicated to fostering and nurturing relationships with clients based mainly in the US and Canada.
In this role, you will engage with prospects, qualify leads, and arrange meetings with key decision-makers, all in a results-oriented environment. This position requires a proactive attitude, exceptional persistence in follow-ups, and the ability to effectively manage a robust sales pipeline. Working closely with the Business Development department, you will play a critical role in driving the success of Wishpond Technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across various target markets
• Engage with decision-makers to effectively communicate our SaaS value proposition
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain and update all activities within CRM systems
• Conduct structured follow-ups via calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Consistently achieve or surpass daily and monthly KPIs
• Professionally handle objections and adapt messaging in real-time
• Collaborate with remote sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach effectiveness
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years of cold calling experience, ideally in the SaaS or technology sector
• Proven success in meeting outbound targets (calls, meetings, conversions)
• Familiarity with cloud-based dialers (e.g., Vonage, RingCentral, Dialpad)
• Proficient in CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
