Everlaw is on the lookout for a skilled Renewals Specialist to spearhead our initiative towards establishing a center of excellence for contract renewals. As our inaugural hire in this area, you will lay the groundwork for a more extensive, specialized team aimed at demonstrating efficiency in opportunity management. Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and experts from Strategy and Operations, Legal, and Finance, you will forecast, manage, and successfully close renewal opportunities in a productive and effective manner. You will oversee T-120 orchestration, renewal opportunity and quote administration, forecasting, and ensure system hygiene across SFDC/QTC/Ironclad/Gainsight. While the role is primarily non-customer facing, you may occasionally engage in direct communication with customers as needed, predominantly via email. Your contributions will significantly influence our customers' success and Everlaw’s financial performance.

This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office, featuring a hybrid work schedule: in-office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays.
