As a Project Leader, you will be the driving force behind a seamless renovation process. You will maintain an overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly from the initial sketches to the final finish. You will identify opportunities where others may overlook them, intervene when necessary, and ensure that commitments are met. Alongside your team, you will facilitate clear communication and ensure client satisfaction.
You connect people, build strong relationships, and know precisely what it takes to elevate projects. Working closely with the project preparer and execution team, you will guide the process. Additionally, you will critically assess how things can be improved and document key project information.

Your core responsibilities include:
Project planning and coordination:
Develop realistic project schedules, distribute tasks, and ensure work proceeds according to plan;
Leading the project team: You will guide and collaborate closely with executors, project preparers, and other stakeholders;
Monitoring quality, budget, and progress: You will oversee costs, adhere to deadlines, and ensure the final results meet quality standards;
Communication with clients and stakeholders: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear agreements and fostering long-term relationships;
Identifying and resolving bottlenecks: You will maintain an overview, recognize areas for improvement, and intervene promptly in case of issues or delays.
