Qualifications

  • Required Skills and Experience:

    • 5+ years of practical research experience related to services or products, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
    • Experience in service or product improvement projects through interdepartmental collaboration.
    • Ability to autonomously manage the entire research process from setting research questions to analysis and reporting.
      • Methodologies: Interviews, surveys, field studies, diary studies, or other innovative approaches.
      • Focus areas: Market reality assessment, needs exploration research, concept testing, usability testing, post-launch reviews.
    • Ability to communicate analytical results in a manner that facilitates stakeholder decision-making.
    • A strong curiosity and a profound empathy for understanding customers.

  • Preferred Skills and Experience:
    • Capability to formulate research strategies aligned with business roadmaps.

    • Workshop design and facilitation skills.
