We are seeking a Restaurant Onboarding Specialist to join our Manchester office. In this role, you will be an essential liaison for our newly onboarded partners during their initial two months on the platform, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, confidence, and strategies to achieve long-term success.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the New Partner Experience (NPX) team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Account Managers to facilitate a seamless experience for our partners, guiding them through our systems and optimizing their growth from day one.
Here’s what a typical day might encompass:
Lead Partner Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for newly partnered restaurants, ensuring their success and high engagement with the platform.
Consult on Growth: Educate partners on enhancing their menu visibility and leveraging advertising tools to maintain consistent order flow.
Liaison & Coordination: Act as the conduit between restaurant partners and internal teams, such as the photography team, to guarantee their digital storefront is presented to the highest standard.
Build Lasting Trust: Conduct high-quality outbound calls to address partner queries promptly, fostering the trust needed for a successful long-term partnership.
Operational Excellence: Manage administrative tasks for each restaurant with accuracy, ensuring they are comfortable with our processes and systems.
Qualifications for Success
