Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
As a Restaurant Zone Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Restaurant Leader with the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that Raising Cane’s standards and culture are upheld across your designated restaurant zone.
This position requires you to thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment, which may involve extended periods of physical activity including walking, standing, lifting, and bending, as well as engaging with customers. You will work both indoors and outdoors, in varying temperatures, handling food products and common allergens, and utilizing industrial equipment and commercial cleaning products, necessitating the use of personal protective equipment.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Core Purpose: Ensure that operations meet Raising Cane’s standards within your assigned restaurant zone during each shift.
- Essential Duties:
- Implement and enforce Raising Cane’s policies and operational standards.
- Oversee the management of your assigned zone in accordance with Raising Cane’s operational and safety guidelines.
- Utilize necessary tools, forms, and logs to facilitate shift execution, document performance, and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
- Lead and direct crewmembers throughout your shift.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons.
- Support the implementation of recognition and reward programs for restaurant crewmembers.
- Authorize employee functions that necessitate manager approval, including discounts and promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure that all facilities are operational.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
