Role overview

The Retail District Manager oversees multiple retail locations in the Alexandria and Lake Charles areas of Louisiana. This full-time position guides sales performance, develops teams, and maintains operational standards across the district. Acting as a bridge between corporate leadership and field teams, the District Manager ensures stores meet company goals and uphold brand expectations.

What you will do

  • Direct sales and daily operations for several retail stores within the assigned district.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, grow market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Review KPIs and performance data to identify trends, address gaps, and drive consistent results.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and sales staff to build a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to support team growth and advancement.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver effective sales tools, product knowledge, and leadership training.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
  • Visit stores regularly to review operations, customer experience, and brand consistency.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between field teams and corporate departments to align on business priorities.
  • Champion a customer-first approach, aiming for high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) in every store.
  • Lead initiatives to maintain a consistent customer experience and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple retail locations, preferably in wireless, cable, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong leadership skills in team development, operational management, and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership in the field.
