Product Expertise: Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of our diverse product offerings, including their features, benefits, and availability.
Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with fellow team members to achieve store objectives and provide a seamless customer journey.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Completed Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
