Responsibilities:Conduct monthly revenue close procedures, including journal entries, gross-to-net adjustments, accounts receivable management, and financial reporting. Assist in mid-month revenue/tablet reporting and provide supporting documentation for SEC reporting. Facilitate NetSuite automation for revenue and accounts receivable transactions. Process gross-to-net payments, including government rebates, discounts, prompt pay, and service fees. Review all government pricing calculations (NFAMP, AMP verification, PHS pricing, etc.). Support government-related agreements, such as VA agreements. Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley section 404.Collaborate with technical accounting to research and develop accounting memos and business process documentation. Maintain effective relationships with 3PL and government pricing vendors. Contribute to new product launches and associated revenue processes, both domestically and internationally. Engage in special projects and perform other duties as required.
