About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional in Sales or Revenue Operations, who is eager to confront the complex and high-stakes challenges of the energy transition. You will not just be managing a CRM; you will be a pivotal force in enhancing our operations by leveraging data, refining processes, and engaging with our teams. A disorganized pipeline or a cumbersome workflow is not a burden for you, but an exciting challenge to be solved.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence

  • Develop comprehensive sales training materials, playbooks, and onboarding programs for new hires.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and gather intelligence on managed charging providers.

  • Assist in RFP responses, bid defenses, and the creation of sales collateral.

Revenue Planning & Performance Analytics

  • Collaborate with sales leadership on account coverage planning and quota setting.

  • Analyze performance metrics, attainment, and pipeline health throughout various stages.

  • Produce streamlined reports and performance scorecards reflecting revenue metrics.

  • Identify at-risk deals, pipeline trends, and win/loss patterns.

  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support for strategic decision-making across the revenue organization.

Systems, Process & Data Management

  • Oversee and administer CRM and sales tools (such as HubSpot and Gong), ensuring data integrity and hygiene.

  • Document current processes and implement improvements; manage system configurations and user setups.

  • Implement workflow optimizations to enhance revenue operations efficiency.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Leadership

  • Lead cross-departmental initiatives to enhance collaboration and outcomes.
