We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional in Sales or Revenue Operations, who is eager to confront the complex and high-stakes challenges of the energy transition. You will not just be managing a CRM; you will be a pivotal force in enhancing our operations by leveraging data, refining processes, and engaging with our teams. A disorganized pipeline or a cumbersome workflow is not a burden for you, but an exciting challenge to be solved.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence
Develop comprehensive sales training materials, playbooks, and onboarding programs for new hires.
Conduct competitive analysis and gather intelligence on managed charging providers.
Assist in RFP responses, bid defenses, and the creation of sales collateral.
Revenue Planning & Performance Analytics
Collaborate with sales leadership on account coverage planning and quota setting.
Analyze performance metrics, attainment, and pipeline health throughout various stages.
Produce streamlined reports and performance scorecards reflecting revenue metrics.
Identify at-risk deals, pipeline trends, and win/loss patterns.
Provide ad-hoc analytical support for strategic decision-making across the revenue organization.
Systems, Process & Data Management
Oversee and administer CRM and sales tools (such as HubSpot and Gong), ensuring data integrity and hygiene.
Document current processes and implement improvements; manage system configurations and user setups.
Implement workflow optimizations to enhance revenue operations efficiency.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Leadership
Lead cross-departmental initiatives to enhance collaboration and outcomes.
