Join Our Team as a Revenue Operations Specialist
About Cogent Security
At Cogent Security, we are at the forefront of transforming vulnerability management through our AI-native platform, which empowers security teams to focus on what truly matters. Supported by leading investors, we are rapidly expanding and are establishing a powerful go-to-market strategy that aligns with our growth ambitions.
About the Role
As an innovative early-stage AI startup, Cogent has developed a unique go-to-market (GTM) approach in the cybersecurity landscape. Our growth function is powered by an in-house AI operating system, featuring a comprehensive data layer and a multi-agent platform that facilitates revenue marketing, sales operations, field logistics, and pipeline management. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is redefining how a security company engages with the market.
As a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist, you will serve as the analytical backbone of our GTM team. Your insights will guide our decisions based on data, examining how the sales funnel converts at each stage, by source, and by sales representative over specific time frames. You will diagnose bottlenecks in the funnel, redesign processes to enhance performance, and collaborate with sales leadership to ensure successful execution. With existing dashboards and agents in place, we are seeking someone capable of interpreting data and driving actionable outcomes.
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in investment banking, consulting, or strategy who have transitioned into a technology-focused GTM role. While cybersecurity knowledge is not mandatory, advanced analytical skills are essential, as data-driven decision-making is the core of our operations. My own experience includes crafting quantitative GTM strategies at previous organizations that have led to significant growth, and I am looking for someone who shares this analytical perspective.
