Role Overview: Rewards Analyst (Share Plans)

The Reward team is looking for a careful and proactive Rewards Analyst (Share Plans) in London. This person will help manage and improve global equity programs as the company continues to grow.

The analyst will support the day-to-day operation and administration of share plans, making sure they run smoothly and align with business goals. Collaboration with other teams and regular interaction with senior stakeholders are central to this role, all with the aim of delivering a strong employee experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Help develop and refine share plans that support business objectives.
  • Prepare materials and analyses for senior leadership about equity compensation.
  • Oversee daily administration of equity plans, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements in multiple regions.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with teams such as Legal, Finance, and Tax.
  • Manage relationships with share plan software vendors and other external partners.
