The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in key areas such as RF, radar technology, communications systems, RF component specification and selection, as well as analog and digital signal processing. Familiarity with software-defined radios (SDRs), FPGA firmware and hardware development, microcontrollers, embedded processors, and physics modeling and simulation is essential. A solid understanding of systems engineering principles and test & evaluation processes is also required. Candidates must enjoy working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and should demonstrate strong proficiency in relevant technologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills are imperative, along with self-motivation and attention to detail.

We are currently looking for a passionate RF Hardware Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated multi-function RF systems. You will work closely with a talented team of researchers and engineers across various disciplines to develop pioneering solutions, particularly in the areas of Radar and Electronic Warfare (EW) convergence.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing RF hardware with guidance from senior engineers, ensuring that our systems meet the demands of operationally relevant environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity for technical design, analysis, development, testing, and fielding of advanced capabilities.
