Join us as a Risk Analyst in our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our operations and executives. This position requires a commitment to both in-person attendance and a unique 12x36 shift schedule that includes 12-hour shifts followed by 36 hours off. Please submit your CV in English.
As a Risk Analyst, you will support Risk Event Monitoring & Incident Response (REMIR) and Executive Protection (EP) operations. Your ability to connect operational monitoring, crisis response, and executive protection logistics is crucial to executing all activities with precision and discretion, in alignment with our safety standards.
This role demands a proactive approach, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive under pressure while coordinating with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive missions. You will monitor risk events in real time, facilitate executive movements, and ensure that critical information is accurately relayed to the appropriate teams at the right times.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Event Monitoring & Incident Response (REMIR)
- Continuously monitor real-time events that may affect operations, staff, or executives, ensuring prompt assessment and escalation when necessary.
- Prepare and disseminate alerts, notifications, and situational reports (SARs) via established communication channels such as Everbridge.
- Work alongside Facilities, Safety, and external emergency services during incidents to guarantee a cohesive and effective response.
- Gather and analyze critical information from diverse sources, filtering out noise to ensure the accuracy of reports shared with GSOC leadership.
- Engage in crisis management initiatives, assisting with post-incident reporting and After-Action Reviews (AARs).
Executive Protection (EP)
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing executive missions, events, and daily movements.
- Track flight schedules, itineraries, and routes in real time, identifying potential delays, disruptions, or security threats.
- Utilize open-source intelligence (OSINT) to detect potential threats or disruptions impacting executive travel or activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and the Executive Protection team to ensure operational readiness.
- Provide real-time situational updates and maintain continuous communication between GSOC and EP teams during missions.
- Keep thorough records of all EP-related activities, including briefings, logistics documentation, and post-mission summaries.
Cross-Functional Support
- Serve as a communication conduit between REMIR, Executive Protection, and other Corporate Security divisions.
- Collaborate with the Strategic and Tactical Intelligence teams to guarantee that executive missions and crisis responses are supported by contextual intelligence.
- Contribute to the enhancement and development of procedures within the GSOC.
