Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Autonomy OwnershipTake full ownership of ground autonomy systems deployed on operational platforms. Deliver dependable, mission-ready autonomy software. Control & Motion PlanningDesign and develop control algorithms including path following, trajectory generation, and vehicle dynamics modeling. Create motion planning strategies suitable for varied and dynamic terrains. Optimize for stability, precision, and safety. Perception IntegrationDevelop and integrate perception pipelines for obstacle detection, terrain analysis, and environmental understanding. Combine diverse sensors (camera, lidar, radar, IMU) to produce robust autonomy outputs. Autonomy ArchitectureConstruct and enhance autonomy stacks based on ROS2.Implement mission planning, behavior trees, and real-time navigation logic. Maintain a modular and scalable autonomy architecture. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with embedded, hardware, and mission software teams. Facilitate the integration of autonomy from prototype to field deployment.
