Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or strategic enterprise sales, including at least 2 years in leadership roles managing other sales leaders. A proven history of scaling enterprise revenue (e.g., from $X ARR to $X ARR) with reliable execution and strong forecasting discipline. Expertise in MEDDPICC sales methodology or a similar value-selling framework, with a demonstrated ability to integrate it successfully across teams. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and engage C-level buyers. Experience in setting organizational targets, guiding leaders to achieve KPIs, and implementing operational cadences (forecasting, pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews) that drive performance. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented leader to spearhead our Strategic Sales organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing a team of Strategic Sales leaders, ensuring they consistently surpass targets and drive sustainable revenue growth. Collaborating closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and cross-functional leadership, you'll define strategy, establish operational rigor, and refine our enterprise go-to-market approach as we expand. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the team's operational strategies around revenue acceleration and overall success.
