ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready to apply your expertise as a Safety and Security Specialist with Fever in the U. S.?
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in safety and security, equipped with a versatile skill set, to bolster Fever’s operations in North America.
The U. S. Safety & Security Specialist will be crucial in shaping Fever’s global Safety & Security framework. Reporting directly to Fever’s global Health and Safety Manager, this role presents an exciting chance for a hands-on professional eager to take full ownership of safety initiatives across our U. S. operations, including workplaces, live events, and high-profile experiences. The ideal candidate will enjoy significant autonomy to develop, influence, and elevate safety and security standards, directly contributing to Fever’s mission of creating safe, world-class entertainment experiences.
With dotted line reporting to both the Global Physical Security and Crisis Management Managers, this hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to operate independently while aligning with Fever’s global safety and security strategy.
The successful candidate will lead local efforts with a primary focus on health and safety compliance, employee wellbeing, and preventative risk management, while also managing local security operations and crisis response. Acting as the key liaison between regional operations (in one of Fever’s largest global markets) and Fever’s Global Safety & Security team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our safety framework.
