As a Sales Administration Associate, you will provide accurate, customer-focused, and efficient support throughout the entire sales process. Your responsibilities will include order processing, commercial administration, and invoicing. You will collaborate closely with sales, logistics, finance, service, and production.
Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers with administrative inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices.
Your responsibilities include:
Order Processing & Commercial Administration
Entering, verifying, and tracking customer orders in the ERP system
Checking prices, discounts, and terms
Creating order confirmations and following up on quotes
Processing order changes or cancellations
2. Invoicing & Financial Administration
Timely and accurate preparation of sales invoices
Verifying delivery notes and logistical documentation
Creating credit notes
Handling periodic and contractual invoicing
Providing invoicing data to accounting
3. Customer Management & Communication
You will be the SPOC for clients with administrative inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices.
