Role overview
The Sales and Marketing Executive plays a key part in raising awareness of SMRS’s products and services. Day-to-day, this role manages a pipeline of leads using the company’s CRM, engages prospects through multiple marketing channels, and works closely with colleagues to support campaigns that make a positive difference in the community and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of sales and marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
- Set KPIs and monitor campaign performance.
- Support daily campaign activities in HubSpot, ensuring database records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of all communications in line with SMRS brand standards.
